There are many different types of anti-aging food that are known to be anti-inflammatory foods. These foods include berries, vegetables, garlic, and avocado, nuts, and whole meal pasta.

Berries contain antioxidants that are responsible for protecting the body against damage that free radicals cause. Examples of berries that include high antioxidants are black grapes, blueberries, black berries, and blackcurrants.

An avocado assists with reducing the cholesterol in a person’s body. It contains an excellent source of vitamin E, healthy monounsaturated fat, and potassium. These vitamins are known to prevent problems with high blood pressure, skin aging, and high cholesterol.

Vegetables are very good for the body. The best types of vegetables that are considered anti-aging food are the cruciferous vegetables. These vegetables include broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, kale, turnip, radish, Brussels sprouts, and more. They are known to help the body fight toxins that cause cancer. These types of vegetables should be consumed on a daily basis. Eating cruciferous vegetables raw is the best way to get the most enzymes out of the vegetables. If you cannot eat them raw, the best way to prepare the vegetables is to steam them or to cook them as light as possible.

Garlic is known to be an anti-aging food that protects the body from heart disease and cancer. This has been well proven with thousands of people who ate a clove of garlic once or twice a week. It has been proven that garlic makes it less likely that someone will develop colon cancer. Garlic is also known to reduce cholesterol levels and works more effectively than aspirin in reducing the risks of heart disease.

Nuts are another anti-aging food that assists the digestive and immune system, improves skin, and is a cancer fighter. Nuts can also help control cholesterol level also. Nuts include important vitamins like potassium, iron, zinc, copper, and magnesium. It is very healthy for you to sprinkle nuts on salads, deserts, or just to eat them.

There are many different types of anti-aging food that are helpful with all parts of the body, not just the skin. Having a healthy diet including these foods can help decrease levels of cholesterol, prevent cancer, and more.
